  • Identify and differentiate between the different forms of lending discrimination

Fair Housing Act

  • Describe when FHA applies
  • State prohibited bases under FHA
  • Identify prohibited practices under FHA

Regulation C and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)

  • Determine the lenders and institutions that must report under HMDA
  • Identify the types of loans that must be reported
  • State the data to be collected, compiled, disclosed, and reported

Flood Insurance

  • Explain the purpose of the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994
  • Identify when flood insurance is required
  • Describe compliance procedures
