The Understanding Financial Ratios course introduces financial ratios as important tools for financial analysis. Five categories of financial ratios are presented, with examples of each type. Participants will practice calculating ratios and determining what the results might indicate under specific circumstances. The course will be most effective when viewed after the Understanding Financial Reports course. These two courses together provide a good foundation in understanding basic concepts of financial management.
