Overview

Building effective and productive teams is a difficult challenge. Getting the right mix of people and right amount of process is only part of the answer. Team effectiveness is built upon a foundation that comes from self-discovery and understanding of others. This program is designed to help participants expand their understanding of themselves and others through the use of the DiSC Style Analysis. DiSC is a widely used and well-respected behavioral style instrument that provides insights into how and why people think and act the way they do in certain situations. These behavioral insights, along with an understanding of team fundamentals, will give participants valuable tools to enhance their personal and team performance.
